TAYLOR LINDSEY SUPPORT PROSTATE CANCER AWARENESS

Taylor Lindsey are pleased to support the Lincoln Lions’ prostate cancer awareness event on 3rd November 2018.  The free event takes place at St Mary Le Wigford Church, St Mary’s Street, Lincoln from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 3rd November 2018.

The event is organised by Lincoln Lions Club and Vice President, Don Stewart, commented: “We are hoping it is as successful as last year when 168 men over 45 were tested and 16 were advised to get further medical assessment.  We have heard from 5 of them saying thank you for having the event as they had no idea they had problems but have been diagnosed with prostate cancer and are receiving treatment”.

Dan Race, Development Director with Taylor Lindsey, said: “We are very pleased to sponsor and support this important initiative for a second year.  The success seen last year and the potential to save lives through screening and early diagnosis make this a very worthwhile cause”.
