The new Fit4Less gym has been completed on Flavian Road on the Roman Gate site, one of the first in the north of Lincoln.

The building provides 7,000 sq ft of open plan gym facility, which fronts Nettleham Road and has ample on site car parking.

Michael Culshaw, owner of the new Fit4Less franchise commented that Roman Gate was chosen for its prominent main road frontage and strong north Lincoln and surrounding village catchment, which are key markers in the gym’s success. Michael added the building has been well designed and looks good to house the gym business. We have been extremely pleased with the numbers of gym goers already signed up for the facility.

Adrian Bower from Taylor Lindsey added that we have been pleased to work with Michael and the Fit4Less development team in bringing forward the project and we are very pleased with the finished unit. The number of people already signed up to use the facility cements Nettleham Road and Roman Gate as a prime commercial and employment area. We wish Michael all the success in his new venture.
