Taylor Lindsey complete letting to Keyline Builders Merchants Ltd

Taylor Lindsey has completed the letting of the site at Exchange Road, Lincoln to Keyline Builders Merchants Ltd, part of the Travis Perkins Group. It is a new facility for Keyline in Lincoln and forms part of their national expansion plans for 2015.

The site has been designed and developed by Taylor Lindsey to provide Keyline with an area for their stores and offices as well as a surface compound for the storage and display of products and materials.

Adrian Bower of Taylor Lindsey said “We are pleased to have secured Keyline Builders Merchants Ltd on this site and feel it will support in their expansion programme and trading capacity having good access and prominence to Doddington Road”.

Keyline Building Services Ltd are planning to be open for trade by March 2015.
