SECOND PHASE PLANNED AT AVRO COURT

With the first phase of development at Avro Court under construction and strong interest from prospective tenants, Taylor Lindsey has applied for planning permission for a second phase.  This will comprise eight units, offering sizes of 1,000 and 2,000 sq ft and will see the overall size of the development increase from 10,500 sq ft to 24,500 sq ft.  On-site storage compounds and additional vehicle parking can also be offered.

Dan Race, Development Director with Taylor Lindsey, said: “We are currently building phase one and have been encouraged by the level of interest shown, hence this application for a second phase of slightly larger units”.  He added: “Construction of the first phase is scheduled for completion in March 2019.  Some of the high-specification units are still available for potential tenants”.
