Taylor Lindsey has secured planning permission from Lincoln City Council for a new regional office for Brown & Co on Doddington Road, Lincoln. The Lincoln Office will be an addition to the 10 other offices that Brown & Co have across the Midlands and East Anglia.
Dan Race, Development Director with Taylor Lindsey said: “The proposals for this landmark building were well received by the planners at Lincoln City Council and we were pleased to secure a prompt approval. We look forward to our construction team starting work on the build in the coming weeks”.
Nick Dawes, Partner of Brown & Co and Head of Commercial commented, “This exciting news means we can now turn our minds to the construction of our new office. As one of the largest and most established firms of chartered surveyors in the region, the move to Lincoln further embraces our ethos of our offices being located at the heart of our markets. From Lincoln we will provide our existing and new clients access to our extensive range of services from a fresh, modern and accessible new building with onsite car parking.
