New Travis Perkins branch at Teal Park open for business.

Taylor Lindsey has built and leased the 17,000 sq ft / 3-acre builders’ merchant which is now fully stocked and open for business.  The new branch is set to create 28 jobs and offers tool hire, a Benchmarx kitchen showroom, plumbing and heating and bathroom ranges and hard landscaping display, showcasing Travis Perkins’ offering to customers.

Located at the front of Teal Park, next to Jaguar Land Rover, the development occupies a highly prominent and accessible location just off the Lincoln Bypass.

Taylor Lindsey’s Development Director, Dan Race, said, “We are delighted to see Travis Perkins open at Teal Park, I’m sure this will be a very successful branch for them”.

Travis Perkins has joined Siemens, Jaguar Land Rover, Costa, KFC, Lincat and many others on the successful Teal Park development.
