Taylor Lindsey’s 12,000 sq ft speculative second phase development of Avro Court, has continued where the first phase left off and has achieved 100% occupancy on completion of construction.

The second phase, generated strong interest from prospective tenants throughout the build program, culminating in four separate lettings to established local businesses; TRIM Group, Hydrasystems, Supply to U and GT Auto Body.
