NEW £1.5m BUILDERS’ MERCHANTS GETS UNDERWAY IN NEWARK

Taylor Lindsey has commenced the development of a 15,000 sq ft builders’ merchant on a 2-acre site adjacent the A1 at Newark.

National contractor Tolent has been appointed and started on the £1.5m contract which will see the clearance of the existing site, construction of a steel frame building, external works, utilities connections and fit-out works. The project is scheduled to be completed by March 2021.

Work started on site last month to transform this site into a high quality build for our client Taylor Lindsey Ltd and it will be a fantastic addition to our ever-growing portfolio.”
