PROPERTY MANAGER

 

Taylor Lindsey is a Lincoln based property company, with a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties.  We are also housebuilders and commercial developers.

We are looking to recruit a Property Manager to work in our busy Estates Department, dealing with both residential and commercial properties and tenants.  The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.  This role is pivotal in ensuring good tenant relations, maintaining property standards, and maximising occupancy rates.

The role will involve:

  • Arranging property maintenance and repair.
  • Liaising with contractors.
  • Undertaking property inspections.
  • Property marketing and letting.
  • Dealing with tenant queries.
  • Regulatory compliance.

You will be working alongside the company’s development, planning, new home sales, architecture and construction teams, making for a very varied and interesting role.

The position requires:

  • Education to A-Level standard (or equivalent).
  • Previous office experience, good IT, communication and numeracy skills.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A full driving licence.
  • A positive attitude and ‘can do’ approach.
  • Previous property management or construction experience preferred but not essential.

The role could suit a residential property manager interested in expanding their experience and knowledge, or someone with a property / construction background, interested in the field of property management.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 17:00.  No weekend or bank holiday working.

Excellent salary for the right applicant – dependent on experience. Attractive package to include an annual bonus, company car / car allowance, and other benefits.
