Residential Site Managers Required – Lincoln and Sleaford

Taylor Lindsey Homes is an award winning house builder seeking Site Managers to oversee developments of traditionally built homes on sites at Lincoln and Sleaford. Taylor Lindsey has a reputation for quality, a strong pipeline of work and a low staff turnover.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all site activities including:

Management of Telehandler Operative, Site Labourer, Groundworkers and Subcontractors, providing clear direction to all.
Compliance with H&S Regulations, enforcing H&S protocols, managing risks, and addressing any issues promptly as required.
Ensuring site presentation is maintained at the correct standard at all times.
Compliance with building regulations and NHBC requirements.
Maintaining site records including Inductions, TBTs, RAMS, PTW’s, Inspections, etc.
Providing weekly progress reports to the Construction Manager.

Role Requirements:

A proven track record as a Residential Site Manager to NHBC and LABC standards.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Competent with Microsoft Office, Outlook, filesharing, printing and scanning.
Competent with iPad to take photographs for saving to cloud portal as part of LABC requirements to log build progress (training will be given).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Able to work effectively and competently on multiple tasks simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines.
Ability to manage your time to balance time on site, keeping on top of the build, with the necessary deskwork.
