SECOND BUILDING FOR UNIQUE AUCTIONS APPROACHING COMPLETION

Taylor Lindsey is nearing completion of the next phase at Vincent Court on Teal Park. This will provide an additional 10,000 sq ft of space for existing occupier, Unique Auctions. The new building will almost double the size of their operation on Teal Park and will be delivered ahead of schedule.

Unique Auctions proprietor, Terry Woodcock, confirmed: ‘The new build will allow Unique Auctions to offer a range of new services, an unrivalled auction experience and a prestige showroom’.

Taylor Lindsey’s Development Director, Dan Race, commented: ‘Unique Auctions leased a 12,500 sq ft building from us three years ago and their business has continued to grow rapidly since then, we look forward to handing over the new building and watching their business go from strength to strength’.

Vincent Court was originally constructed speculatively and is now home to a number of occupiers, alongside Unique Auctions, including Cheshires Flooring and Kin3tic Performance gym.
