PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
We have a vacancy in our accounts / property management team, dealing with a wide range of residential and commercial properties.
The role is varied and includes rent and insurance processing, producing monthly and quarterly demands for commercial and residential properties; inputting all information on landlords and tenants; allocation of payments and credit control.
The successful applicant will have:
- A minimum of three years accounts experience.
- Experience of Sage accounting software or similar.
- Proficiency with Microsoft software including Excel.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team.
Accounts experience in property management or construction would be beneficial.
Working hours can be flexible, 5 days per week, circa 25 hours.
Full time equivalent salary of £20-£22,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
