BUSY START TO 2022 FOR TAYLOR LINDSEY

Following the successful opening of Costa and KFC at Teal Park just before Christmas, Taylor Lindsey’s commercial development programme has got off to a strong start in 2022.

Planning permission has been granted for a high specification 25,000 sq ft distribution warehouse / industrial unit opposite Siemens at Teal Park. This self-contained building will feature a 32-metre-deep service yard and 7 metre eaves height.

A Planning application has also been submitted for the construction of a 17,000 sq ft / 3-acre builders merchants at the front of the site, next to Jaguar Land Rover, which will be occupied by Travis Perkins.

On the nearby Avro Court development on Sadler Road, the third phase of the development is due for completion in April 2022. The 11,000 sq ft unit is already let to Lincoln Precision Engineering as part of their business expansion plans.

A planning application for the fourth phase of Avro Court has now been submitted, including a new entrance from Sadler Road. This 10,000 sq ft building will take the total built speculatively at Avro Court to over 40,000 sq ft.
