Taylor Lindsey are pleased to offer premises to a new bridal wear specialist opening on 7th November 2009.
Giovanna Couture, who already have a shop in Newark, are thrilled to move to 265 High Street, Lincoln, where fancy dress firm Party Animal formally occupied. Having a prominent corner position on the upper High Street and St Martins Lane allows a large window frontage to view the beautiful gowns.
“Lincoln is a lively city and I had been looking for a suitable property to locate the business for some while and when 265 High Street became available I was quick to snap it up. It is a lovely place and just perfect. I believe there is a clear need for a specialist bridal wear business in Lincoln” said proprietor Sheena Donaldson.
Giovanna Couture offers a stylish array of traditional, coloured and unusual wedding gowns and accessories for all blushing brides and bridesmaids. A new range of Prom dresses will be available from 2010. Sheena Donaldson said “ I believe every bride should have access to high quality wedding dresses at affordable prices and I know our own Giovanna Couture and Purity Bridal collections will do just that”.
The business will be opening 7 days a week and creates 4 new jobs.

Lincoln Judo Academy have relocated to Sadler Park, Earlsfield Close and will officially open on Friday 16th April 2010. The new judo academy aimed at producing future Olympians and world champions will be opened by five-time world champion and 5th Dan Karen Briggs MBE.
An expanding firm of Lincoln independent financial advisors is relocating its county-based headquarters from the Carlton Centre, Lincoln to new offices in the busy Forum Shopping Centre, Newark Road, North Hykeham and is now seeking to recruit more administrators to service its growing client base.

Nottinghamshire County Council Highways have taken a new lease for their Highways Department at Brunel Park Newark.
